Well I had been planning my CVS and Walgreens trips all last week and after not spending hardley any money I decided to go ahead and get the stuff.
CVS
16 rolls Charmin 12.99 reg 9.99 sale - .25coupon= 9.74
2 Pantene shampoos 4.99 reg 3.33 sale- 1.00/2 coupon= 5.66 for both
2 Pantene conditioner 4.99 reg 3.33 sale- 1.00/2 coupon= 5.66 for both
2 ritz crackers 1.89 reg 1.00 sale -2.00/2 coupon= FREE
2 wheat thins 1.89 reg 1.00 sale -2.00/2 coupon= FREE
1 Madagascar 2 movie 24.99 reg 19.99sale -15.00 instant savings = 4.99
Had (1) $4/$20 coupon and $10 ECB
Paid $13.06 OOP
Saved $48.45 or 79% off total order. WOO-HOO!!
Walgreens :(((
1 Fusion Razor 9.49 reg 8.99 sale - 4.00 coupon = $5.62 after tax and got a $6 RR back... good so far then on my 2nd transaction... Saved $4.50 ~ 44%
1 KY Yours and Mine 19.99 - 5.00EasySaver coupon - 5.00 Newspaper coupon= $11.39 after tax tried to pay with my $6 RR from before to make it $5.39 OOP and they would not let me they said I already used 2 coupons and couldn't use anymore... but RR is money off my next order not a coupon right?? So I asked them to key it in and she said they were not allowed-- I WAS HOT!! But I paid for it anyways and left with $6 RR but paid more OOP. Paid $11.39 OOP Saved $10.00 ~ 47%
Grand Total OOP: $13.06 + $5.62 + $11.39= $30.07
Total Saved: $62.95 or 68% that is more than half off...
What I don't understand is why do they say RR is money off your next order if you cannot use it however you please {as cash.} CVS's ECB are not like that they are treated as cash that you can use as you please.
Sorry- no pics put everything up first before I wrote post.
